TOURS SCHEDULE

 

      We usually sort out a set of pre-arranged Scheduled Tours, as we would like to encourage the forming of small groups (of ca. 20 pax).  These dates are open for everyone to join, and the programs are set at a discounted price (ca 20% less then a tour of similar size). You pay throuh PayPal the total cost of the tour including the booking.'*'  Then you will receive confirmation with details of the Tour Guide, and the program will go on no matter the number of participants!

 

      The same programs are also available in our Classical Tours almost every day (except when museums  or churches are closed!).  They are for individuals and families in small groups (normally less then 20 pax.)  and can be similar to the Scheduled Tours, but the booking is by e-mail, so you can arrange a different date, although without such discount (yet still at a better price if booked in advance of 6 week, so that a group of 4 pax min. can be arranged).  The programs too can be changed to suit your needs, and in this case the price will be set according to circumstances: see the "Private Tours" page for details & ideas on a range of personalized programs.

      We do not charge any reservation fee,  but all bookings must reach us at least one week before  the tour date.  Later reservations might be accepted according to availability'**'  and through e-mail  contact,  but will attract a fee of min 20% on top of the tour price. Our policy of full advance payment ensures you know what you pay!

 Notes:

'*'   After the payment is confirmed by PayPal,  you will receive an e-mail with confirmation of the booking and tour information.   It may also be possible to have a refund based on reduced entrance fee at some museums, for children aged between 6 and 16 years,  or for students aged no more than 25 years  and able to present a student identity card on the day of the tour. 

'**'  Please inform us if you need to change your bookings:  some changes, like itinerary or exact time, can be made up to  72 hours prior to the date and according to availability.   For visitors in a wheelchair there could be specific itinerary not always compatible with the Scheduled Tours or the standard Private Tours: see the "Special Tours" page for details.

 Cancellation Policy:

     In the unlikely event Eye Opener Tours is obliged to cancel  any date due to unforeseeable circumstances, the amount paid will be refunded in full.  Clients will be informed well in advance.  On the contrary, cancellations received from the client at least 7 days prior to scheduled tour  will be refunded less a  € 4.00  cancellation fee per transaction.  Later cancellations, no-show to tour meeting points, late arrivals, will not be refunded. Clients are responsible to find their way to meeting points.

    Your privacy is important to us. We protect any confidential information you give us. We only use the personal details required for booking purposes, and do not share, rent or sell your details to anyone else.
